Finasteride 1mg tablet
belongs to the same family of medicines as Propecia which is also used to treat male pattern baldness. It works by shrinkage of the hair follicles, so that they become thicker and healthier, but does not stop the hair from falling out. It also stops the progression of hair loss and stops the thinning of the hair which leads to an increase in blood supply to the scalp and is used to treat other conditions including benign prostatic hyperplasia.

How does the hair on your head grow?On average your hair grows about 1 centimetre (half an inch) each month. Hair growsfrom hair follicles, which are located under your skin.
